Flow to Delivery

1. Inquiry from customer (by telephone or e-mail.)
    ↓
2. JCC submits estimate
    (The customer is required to send the actual manuscript to JCC for an accurate estimate.)
    ↓
3. Customer issues the order.
    ↓
4. The manuscript is assigned to the translator versed in the contents of the text.
    ↓
5. Completion of translation.
    ↓
6. In-house check.
    ↓
7. If necessary, DTP editing and layout are implemented.
    ↓
8. Translated manuscript is delivered to the customer.
